“We stayed for 3 nights, staff are very friendly and willing to help. Hotel room was nice, location is close to public transportation. We were checking out early morning at 5 am and we are requesting if we can have some breakfast to take away, the lady and staff at reception desk was willing to help us with the bag full of food to take away. We really appreciate the gesture, we will come back in the future”
“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Marseille. The indoor pool is perfect for relaxing. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. A big thank you to the reception staff and their manager for their very professional welcome.”
“The room was amazing. Clean and great view. Breakfast was amazing as well. Good selection of food, not just croissants. I had a bar experience too. Which was good. I ordered gin tonic and it was 9 euros. The barman put so much alcohol which was amazing when you compare it to Turkey. However, the reception was the slowest reception I have ever seen. The hotel was crowded I get that. But they have 1 or 2 people working and you have to wait in line for almost 20 minutes... which is a lot of waiting... they did not let me check in until 3pm. Which is their regular time. But I pre-requested my room aroun 1pm. They were not helpful at all. So note that they have a strict rule about that. When I get back at 3, there was a line...”
